Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Certain items are final sale (see Non-Returnable Items below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bed Pillows
  • Down Comforters & Duvet Inserts
  • Bath Towels (if packaging has been opened)
  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (if removed from original packaging)
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety reasons once opened)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard shipping policy.
